mt ethernet is connected when the computer starts but after i login into a mc server or do a web search it suddenly becomes no internet so i need to use wifi but its slower ..........help

Update the LAN drivers from the motherboards website & if the problem still persists, buy a higher quality, standard(Cat6/Cat 7) Ethernet cable of the shortest length possible. Many a times the wiring in the Ethernet cable is not done properly.

If the issue still persists, try changing the router/modem settings like LAN port settings, data saving options etc..

Lemme me know if the problem still persists....

Ryzen 5 2400G -B450M DS3H Motherboard (Gigabyte) - 16GB RAM (CL 16, 3000MHz) - 240GB SSD (Kingston) - 1TB HDD(Seagate) - 450W PSU (Corsair)

Honestly it sounds like driver issues I've had in the past. (Let me guess - Realtek?....)

Update your drivers if possible (look on your motherboard manufacturer's website if Windows doesn't detect any available updates)

Thanks for reading all this by the way!

By the way, my desktop is a docked laptop. Get over it, No seriously, I have an exterrnal monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, ethernet and cooling fans all connected. Using it feels no different to a desktop, it works for several hours if the power goes out, and disconnecting just a few cables gives me something I can take on the go. There's enough power for all games I play and it even copes with basic (and some not-so-basic) video editing. Give it a go - you might just love it.
