How do i power Multiple gpu's

hey i need to power 3 rtx 3080s i have the RTX 3080 - EVGA FTW3 ULTRA GAMING anyone have any recommendations on how I can power it would not like to use server power supplies because of noise

The axi 1600w is also an option if you want just that little bit more headroom.
