Hello

I have just helped my son put he's new pc together

MB Asus Rog Strix X-570 E-gaming

CPU Rayzen 5 5600X

Graphics card Asus Strix GTX 1070 TI

Power supply Gigayte P850 GM 80 + Gold

new NVMe SSD Westen Digital SN550 1 TB

 

We have a big problem it wont boot, we get light in the system cpu fan spinn and the same for GTX 1070 TI.

No picture on screen cant go i bios cant restart or shut it down other the killing Power supply :( 

I have checked 10 times now if all cables are right and they are :( 

Any suggestions ???????

Yes @FakeKGB is right,you are using 3rd gen Zen with x570,update the BIOS since it's risky try to contact pc tech to update it for you.

 

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

OKI im am an old fart I forgot to put the cpu cable in TO long since i build a pc
