Will you damage GPU by starting the PC with GPU in PCIe slot but without power supply auxiliary power? Some people say the mobo will get damaged trying to draw more power, while others say nothing will happen and the PC will turn on like if no GPU was connected.

I have two GPUs currently connected to my PC and I can't access the BIOS, I can just get signal to monitor once I boot into Windows. For this reason I have to unplug the GPUs and set the iGPU as primary so that I can be sure to access the BIOS, but I'm lazy and I don't want to reseat the GPUs. Should I remove them?

This would be the correct answer. Speaking from experience.

It won't damage anything, but what happens will depend on the GPU. Some prevent POSTing if they are connected but don't have their power cables installed.
