Beeping is a signs of problem, usually bad power connections due to worn out usb cables / port.

nothing there just empty space

Have you tried it on another PC?

Can you feel the drive spin up when you plug it in? If not, the drive might be dead or the port could be damaged. If it's out of warranty, you could remove the drive from the enclosure to see if it detects using a SATA interface.

but i try to plug into all the available port and i even tried on another pc but the problem persist

The problem is not the port on the PC, it's the port on the drive which is not durable.

Also constant replugging will reduce the lifetime of the drive, creating bad sectors, this is a common problems with usb powered hdd.

If you can connect the drive, rescue as many files as possible, that drive is about to be dead.

Next time buy a external usb drive with dedicated power adapter.

I plug into the 2nd pc to transfer some files, and it worked fine but after plugging it into the TV it did not recognize it so i used the pc to check if the drive is ok, but then it just started to beep whenever i plug it in and i cant find the drive anymore after that
