anything from ryzen 1st gen era won't bottleneck any gpu.

there is always a bottleneck, depending on application. otherwise, you'd have infinite performance. there is always something stopping you from getting infinite performance.

if you're asking about whether the 3700x and the 3060 make a good pair, they do, i don't see any problem there.

The 3700X could handle a better GPU, but especially for 1080P you should be totally fine
