Need to upgrade laptop

Hello,

 

I recently bought an laptop about 2 weeks ago, and the specs are just... 1.50 GHz clock speed.. AMD A4-9120e RADEON R3, 4 COMPUTE CORES 2C+2G... 4gb of ram (3.8gb avaible)... AMD R3 Graphics... its an APU... yeah you get the point the laptop isnt good at all. What should I upgrade my budget is 500$

Take it back to where you got it for a refund, that's some really old stuff. Then make the thread again if you're successful asking for laptop purchasing advice with your total budget and location.

sell your laptop and get a better one. laptops are very difficult/impossible to upgrade. so not sure why you bough a terrible laptop (judging by the specs, can't have been more than $250) and kept $500 for upgrades, instead of getting a $750 laptop in the first place.

I can't sell it due to the pandemic, the laptop was 450$ that's with tax added

Your budget should have been $1000 for a decent laptop.  You can't upgrade that one enough to make it decent.
