Display Shifted a few pixels to the left?

A few months ago I got an LG Ultragear 32GN50T Monitor and since I've gotten it I've noticed that it slightly hides a few columns of pixels on the left side, which isn't much of a problem except it makes discord messages slightly harder to see, I didn't think too much of it

Today I noticed that theres a few black columns of pixels on the right side that are about the same amount, which makes me think that it is just being shifted over.
I've tried doing a few things that I google suggested to no avail: resetting to factory settings, reinstalling the driver, using a different port on the card, using a different display port cable, using a different input all together(hdmi), changing the refresh rate, changing display resolution, going into windows settings. Theres no settings for shifting the picture over a few pixels, no position option I could find in the Nvidia control panel, so Im stumped.

Its not the end of the world because its like 5 pixels, but it will probably annoy me forever.

Attached is a picture of my mouse at the top left corner of the screen showing just how offset it is

Any tips or ideas without having to send it to the manufacturer would be greatly appreciated

and incase its relevant I've got an RTX 2060 and this issue doesn't happen on my other monitor(which is not the same model)

This is controlled by the monitor most of the time, so you'll have to adjust it from the settings on your monitor (with the annoying buttons)

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Head into your settings and see if there's a "phase" or x/y adjustment.

Unfortunately there isn't a phase adjustment I can see in Nvidias settings, and definitely not in the monitors settings.
But thanks for commenting
