I recently got  second monitor arm to use my old monitor as a side one to my ultra wide for YT, or the occasional word document. I was wondering if you can set the sound for an app on the second monitor to come out of that monitor's speakers and vice versa. Like I am playing a game on my main monitor, if YT on the second monitor comes out of that monitor speaker, and the game out of the main one. It is just a bit jarring if you know what I mean, to have the video sound being infront of you and the picture being to the right.

Thanks in advance

Yes, at the bottom of the sound settings page there's a place to open the per-application settings.

Not that I know of. Also you'll be setting the sound output for your whole browser, not per window/tab so it can't exactly guess where you want it if you have windows on both.
