Monitor your SSD temperatures. 970 Evo tends to get hot when under heavy load and throttle.

405 gb and  on the other 300gb empty space. In sentetic performance both are close to the advertised values. But when I try to transfer between them it sometimes does 2gb/s the whole run even with lagrger files (10gb+), but in most cases it starts at around 400mb/s and the plummets to 9mb/s and then every once in a while it goes back to 400mb/s.

And sometimes(one in ten) it starts at 9mb/s and then goes up to gb/s oder the course of 1 minute.

I just don't understand why.

System: Ryzen 5 3600x, Asus x570, 970 evo pro 1tb (Systemdrive), sabrent rocked 1tb, 1tb sata ssd, 1 tb hdd, 32gb 3200mhz ram,
