Cpu or mobile issue

Ok so I was swapping out my wraith spire for a dark rock pro 4 and when I installed the dark rock the computer would no longer boot and was stuck at the first dbug led. I tried to swap the CPU out to a ryzen 2600 which I have laying around and it would get stuck on boot. I thought maybe the issue was with the mobo so I went out and bought a B550, but I am not able to boot either. Both the 5600x and the 2600 get to the boot dbug led and then turn off. One of the things that could have gone wrong is the dark rock only had 3 out of 4 spacers and I installed it without all of them. Maybe it was overtightened because of this? Any thoughts? I am so confused.

WD Blue SN550 1TB

Mobo - B450 tomahawk with latest bios / B550 gaming plus

Bitfenix formula 80 gold psu 750W

phanteks p400a

Seagate barracuda 1TB HD

 

Maybe it really is the ryzen 5600x and it is broke somehow? Also not sure the b550 board actually supports the ryzen 2600. Could the B450 bios remove 2600 support? It is the 2-1-21 version. I am having a terrible time troubleshooting and want to take back the b550 board if that's the issue..
