Installing OS to SSD

When you run the windows installation setup, select the ssd as the boot drive and you are all set.

Usually when installing programs it either prompts you as to where it should install (where you can choose) or automatically install to your boot drive (ssd)

@curiousmind34if you're going to do a new windows install(which I'd reccomend) then the method above is good, but if you want to keep all of your programs then you can clone your drive. Depending on your drive you might even have an utility from the manufacturer that can help you to do that.

Wouldn't clone a drive when moving to a new platform, would only transfer important files
