PC doesn't boot

Zulu boy

Hi. I bought a new ASRock b450 motherboard board which ryzen 3000 box ready with ryzen 5 3600.

PC is keeps on restarting after few seconds.

I tried dedicated GPUs RTX 2080, GTX 1080, ASUS 2070. No post

I tried with 1 stick 2666mhz ADATA ram x 8GB, No SSD or M.2

Power supply thermaltake uk 1000watts is working fine with PCs.

What is the issue I can't figure it out.

Got a graphics card? If not, the system probably isn't happy and can't output video

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

The 3600 doesn't have an iGPU and from the specs that you listed in your post you don't mention any dedicated graphics card. If you have plugged in the monitor in any of the ports on that motherboard this might be what's causing your issue.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 - 3900x @ 4.4GHz with a Custom Loop | MBO: ASUS Crosshair VI Extreme | RAM: 4x4GB Apacer 2666MHz overclocked to 3933MHz with OCZ Reaper HPC Heatsinks | GPU: PowerColor Red Devil 6900XT | SSDs: Intel 660P 512GB SSD and Intel 660P 1TB SSD | HDD: 2x WD Black 6TB and Seagate Backup Plus 8TB External Drive | PSU: Corsair RM1000i | Case: Cooler Master C700P Black Edition | Build Log: here

I have MSI RTX 2080, MSI GTX 1080, ASUS 2070 8GB. None work.

Even speaker doesn't make any sounds. I tried with GPUs and with out everything. Still doesn't work.

The user manual suggests that with Matisse cpu a single memory stick should be inserted in A2, the second slot out from the cpu. Two memory sticks should be in A2 and B2. B2 is the outermost slot.

Just because it's ryzen 3000 box ready, doesn't actually mean it's 100% box ready. Try updating the bios. I've couldn't boot my 570 which was box ready with the 3000 series with a 3000 processor. I had to use a 1400.

Why is it sitting on bubblewrap? It should be on a hard surface like the box top. I'd mount it in the case.

Most bubble wrap can carry a charge. Are you sure part of the motherboard is not shorting?

I tried putting on box, fit in the case, other PSU, GPU, RAMS single stick, double stick, without stick, CPU in other mobos (working fine). I think my mobi have BIOS issue.

RMA the motherboard, it appears to be defective.
