any b550 board supports your cpu ot of the box

 

or oyu can go to a company and ask them to bios update for you

I checked the Amazon page and found this. Sounds like the BIOS is your issue

The M.2 Socket shares bandwidth with the SATA_5/6 ports, and therefore the SATA_5/6 ports cannot be used when an M.2 device is installed.

 

Make the hard drive is not pluged into SATA 5 or 6 port.

its m.2ssd it cannot be plugged into a sata 5 or 6

I as referring to the 4tB Seagate drive. Am I wrong assuming that will be a SATA connection and the m.2 drive will be using the lanes that some SATA connections?

 

hopefully the original poster will be on his way to have the BIOS updated.
