I have got some issues while playing warzone.  During the matches my fps stand between 66 and 110 fps with occasional small freezes.  The cpu usage is constant 100% while gpu usage is 30-50%. Windows and drivers up to date. No other programs running in background. I'm playing at 1080p with some settings on low and RTX off

Gpu runs in 55-57c and cpu 60-61c

My hardware configuration is:

Asus rog strix z370-f

I5 9600K

Gigabyte RTX 3080 oc

Corsair 750w PSU (gray label)

Corsair H115pro rgb watercooling

16gb fortza ram

At 1080p low you are bottlenecked by that 9600K. This is why the GPU usage is 30-50%. Bumping up the settings to something more reasonable should resolve your stuttering issues.

Which is which? Both say gpu.

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

Some settings mean shadows on low. Rest are on high. It's still wierd that I had better FPS on my old 1080 and was running smoother. Would a CPU oc help a bit? Right now is on stock settings. I need to find a guide with a stable oc then.

Is still says gpu usage is 100 and GPU usage is 30-50

You could try an overclock through the bios or you could just use basic tuning on xtu to raise the multiplier by .1 at a time and try it.  I'm running an rtx2060 and 9700k.  GPU runs at 100% and CPU at about 60 to 70%.  My settings are 1080p and high all around except for a couple of settings, I'm getting a stable 120fps.

Push up your settings to maximize the vram usage and see if it helps.

I'll try first a BIOS update. Maybe some configs are too old. If nothing changes I'll get a new fresh windows install. This windows is old, over 4 years, when I upgraded from ssd to nvme I just cloned it.
