Ducky Mech Mini is the obvious suggestion. They've recently released a 65% version of it too, if you want the arrow keys.

The Mech Mini isn't. Only the Ducky year of the Rat keyboard is. Some hotswap boards I've used are The GMMK compact, Gk61, Drop Alt. My favorite being the Alt since I love having arrow keys. HK gaming makes a 75% hotswap board but I haven't used it.

For a god budget keyboard (this is what I use daily), I recommend the Redragon K552. It's like 35-40$, really worth it I only have needed clean it twice. I've been using it for 2 years and its has only served me justice.

Here's a full custom option that hits all your points except price. And it'll be way nicer than any off the shelf board you'll find out there. You could get a plastic case instead of the aluminum one if you want to come close to your target price.
