So basically I was trying to install something on the Microsoft Store then it got stuck on acquiring license, I searched up how to fix it and one method was to

reset the app. It was only supposed to reinstall it or something, but instead it just uninstalled it. This affected all of my Microsoft Store apps like Spotify. I have tried numerous ways

to fix it like run the troubleshooter. When I try installing it through powershell I get this:

Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF6, Package could not be registered.

error 0xC0020036: windows.licensing failed to start ClipSvc. Try again and contact the package publisher if the
problem persists.

My only other option is to download an individual package in github, but I don't really trust it.

Does anyone know the fix or atleast the problem?
