Windows Task Bar will not load?

Good day everyone!

 

So I recently built my dream PC about a month ago and everything has been working well with the exception of my Windows Task Bar not responding on boot up.

 

It would displace the blue mouse circle if hovering over it, but would start working if you clicked it. Now it’s just displaying the blue mouse circle and won’t display any of my apps. In turn, none of my start up apps will activate (iCue, Razr, GeForce, etc.) does anyone know what the issue could be?
 

*I’m also working without a Windows activation key so could that be the issue? I doubt if because my wife doesn’t have one in the rig I built for her and it works fine. Appreciate any and all help, thanks!

Maybe a windows file is corrupted or your boot drive is bad.

this seems to be what i get when i use a hard drive for boot on win 10.

or a drive under a lot of use.
