My pc was turning off every time when I opened him and when I looked I saw that the mounting kit was broken

So I have few questions

1)Do I need to get a new cooler or I can use again the same?

2)Do I need to apply thermal paste again?

3) Does any of these kits work or I need other ones?

Cpu: Ryzen7 2700χ with stock cooler

I attached the broken part and the one that I'm thinking if it will work

Sorry for my bad English and I appreciate any answers

Is your cooler the Wraith Prism/Max or the Wraith Stealth? If you have the Wraith Max/Prism, which I believe is what is normally included with the 2700X, then you need to order a new mounting kit, identical to the one that broke. If you have the Wraith Stealth, then all you need is the backplate from the back of the motherboard, assuming it isn't also broken.

Fuck you scalpers, fuck you scammers, fuck all of you jerks that charge way too much to tech-illiterate people.

Unless I say I am speaking from experience or can confirm my expertise, assume it is an educated guess.

Current setup: Ryzen 5 3600, MSI MPG B550, 2x8GB DDR4-3200, RX 5600 XT (+120 core, +320 Mem), 1TB WD SN550, 1TB Team MP33, 2TB Seagate Barracuda Compute, 500GB Samsung 860 Evo, Corsair 4000D Airflow, 650W 80+ Gold. Razer peripherals.

Also have a Alienware Alpha R1: i3-4170T, GTX 860M (≈ a 750 Ti). 2x4GB DDR3L-1600, Crucial MX500

Replacement of my friend's PC nicknamed Donkey, going from 2nd gen i5 to Zen+ R5: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/nathanpete/saved/#view=WmsW4D (Done!)

Is the prism, so I have to clean the old thermal paste to and apply new?

Show me a picture of the top of the CPU and the bottom of the cooler, in good lighting preferably. Also has this cooler been used before, for like more than 2 hours?

You will need to buy something along the lines of "stock AM4 mounting kit" because the other things in your search result screenshots are the mounting kits for special coolers like Asustek AIO's, Noctua, and be quiet! coolers. If anything, find somebody local that has another AM4 based PC, and ask if they still have their old mounting brackets and if you can have it. Most of them get disposed of or stored away because a majority of third party coolers, even the wraith stealth, require the brackets to be removed.

The pc was put together by a technician with the parts that I gave him because I was afraid that I'll do something wrong  while putting it together and it worked for about 10 months, but the last 2 days the pc was shutting off every time that I turned it on, I don't have a photo at the moment because I'm not home now but I'll get one as soon as I go there
