If you get an AIO that lets you control pump speed, you can make just about any of em quiet.

Though there are other factors that make an AIO loud, like orientation and air bubbles.

Be quiet pure loop 240 sitting on my desk in an ncase M1, it's silent up to about 3500RPM. ambient conditions (my room) is completely silent, you can hear a pin drop. silence was major factor in keeping the AIO.

Others I tried and returned include two different NZXT x53, a cheap-o ID cooling 240 AIO from amazon, and EK AIO 240. all three models made a noticeable whine even at lowest RPM.

no offense to the two posters above me but those are nearly useless posts without knowing case used, positioning, etc.聽

Is 3500RPM the pump speed?

not sure what you mean. I said it's silent *up to* around 3500RPM. the maximum speed is over 5,000 RPM and minimum is around 2,000
