What is the cheapest gaming pc I can buy that will run forza horizon 4

I'm looking to play forza horizon 4 but my current pc can't handle it the minimum is a gtx 650ti and a 4gen i3 but I have a i7 920 and a gtx 560

1) CPU seems to be good enough, not sure tho cause it's from 2008.

2) RAM?
3) The GPU is not good enough.

X5670 and whatever GPU you can find locally that's sufficient

The CPU is fine, but i'd try looking for used GPU's like the GTX 770, GTX 960, R9 380, etc... as long as it has at least 3-4GB VRAM, i'd say that you are good to go.

If you do want to wait till like the mid summer or late summer than i'd try and look for a 1650, 1650S, RX 5500XT, RX 570 or RX 580. (though i dont guarantee you that these cards could be available at those times, no one knows, this is just my personal estimate)
