hoping they’re the problem and I can grab some new ones lol

Yeah same here, good luck! Also I have only encountered the problem while just having twitch in background or doing something else while not looking at monitor. I think 1 time it froze when I exited a game and opened google but thats it, so I just hope it doesnt get worse!

Exactly, same here. Never happens under load or anything, so it’s just very weird. Good luck to you too!

Btw, are you by any chance using NZXT Cam software to monitor your temps and stuff? I just might have read somewhere about causing it troubles but im not too sure about it. So if we are both using it maybe thats the problem? Cuz by the descripiton of the freeze we have almost identical if not identical problem, and I highly doubt different PC specs can cause that?
Here is my list:

PSU  - EVGA Supernova 650w gold certified
MOBO - MSI Tomahawk Max b450
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (not overclocked)
RAM - 16gb of G.Skill Trident Z Royal (XMP 3600 mhz)
GPU - RTX 2070
SSD - NVMe Crucial 500gb
CPU Cooler - NZXT Kraken x53

I am using nzxt cam, yes. I use it to change the curve of the pump because I get annoyed by the sound it makes when it’s too high. Might be that, worth checking out for sure.

Yeah seems like it. (I don't want to jinx it or anything) But we have probably found a fix, I ran it when opened the computer, now I closed it and also got a huge FPS gain in all games for some reason. I have also found this thread

People have been having very similiar problems, but I think its NZXT Cam and never OS version that don't seem to go together yet... I hope it will work as it needs to now, also after you open PC, let NZXT save your RBG and what not then close it as people have said.

I was just about to link the thread, and yeah I've been having this issue for months since november, and we currently have the product owner of CAM working on it and giving us updates from their team, they havent fixed it yet or been able to find the root cause of the issue, but at least they know it exists and are working towards a solution

Hey everyone, I've been having a very similar issue, tried studio drivers, disabling XMP and running memtest, still no luck. Gonna try closing NZXT Cam but other than that I've got no idea what could be causing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Attached are pics of what happens when it crashes

PC Specs:
Ryzen 2600x

Asus B450-F

RTX 2070s

16gb Corsair Vengeance LPX

Intel 660p Boot

WD 1tb

Segate 2tb

Coolermaster 650w PSU
