I am getting on here to ask for any help at all. I am experiencing stutters, frame drops, and overall a very slow experience compared to what I am used to across all things whether it be gaming or normal computer functions.

My games are all running anywhere from 30-50% lower in framerate. For instance, League of Legends cant even get above 90 FPS and in team fight's I'm dropping below 60 FPS. ON ANY VIDEO SETTING! Also I'm beginning to have audio tearing issues at times.

UserBenchmarks:
CPU: Intel Core i5-9600K - 84.5%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 - 49.6%
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB - 179%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 C15 2x8GB - 50.7%
MBD: MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS (MS-7B51)

Welcome!

Userbenchmakrs don't really mean much....

While gaming and having the issues, what are your CPU and GPU usage percentages? What are you CPU and GPU temperatures?

Be sure to QUOTE or TAG me in your reply so I see it!

My temps are pretty good I think, usually sitting around 40-50 for both GPU and CPU. What can I use to monitor my usage while in game? Rivertuner?

You can use MSI Afterburner + Rivatuner for that. You can change settings in Afterburner. Are those temps idle or under load?

Userbenchmark isn't the best way to see what's wrong, but from what I can see the CPU is running fine, making me think it has something to do with the GPU or RAM (likely the first)

I'd suggest downloading DDU, new drivers, rebooting into safe mode and using DDU to uninstall the current driver. Then reboot into normal mode and install the drivers.

I have the most up to date drivers I believe. I'm currently installing DDU. On the UBM website watching the performance video according to my setup I'm supposed to be getting 100+ FPS in PUBG Ultra 1080p atleast in the training lobby, but I'm struggling to reach 45...
