I submitted my issue through the built in form on https://www.floatplane.com/support#support-help
Is said my request was received in the top right of the screen but it's been a around 1.5 days and no response or even a confirmation that they received the request in my email. Did I do something wrong? Should I send it to support@floatplane.com instead? How long does a support request usually take? Its my first time on floatplane. Thanks!

AFAIK they don't promise 24/7 support. So, all things considered (hosting company had fire, team is working with VAG implementation etc.), give it 3-7 days. Which is what companies usually say their support will take.
