Most ATX Z490 boards can, but why do you need that much RAM?

Why not get a 5950x with 32 - 64GB of ram then? Ryzen destroys intel in multithreaded performance.

Ryzen 9 or 7 are extremely overpriced right now in my country so yeah

Check the memory QVL for motherboards you are considering. They generally indicate support for 1, 2, and 4 modules.

I wanna get the Corsair vengeance pros for the Asus ROG Maximus XII Formula Z490 Motherboard ATX  Intel 1200 Socket at 128gb (32x4)

Most ATX boards have 4 memory slots with support for up to 128gb with max OC speeds at 4600-4800mhz.

Maximus XII Formula Z490 supports 4x DIMM, Max. 128GB, DDR4 4800mhz

 

Maximus XII Formula come with preinstalled waterblock for the VRM so unless you plan to do a custom watercooling I would buy a different board.

The Z490 Maximus XII Hero is another good high-end board.
