I would also strongly suggest you do what the error tells you,  ask the publisher, they may know an easier way. 

 

Otherwise try the steps above.  

 

Don't dl the file from 'somewhere'  it won't fix anything and most likely be malicious - only Microsoft can distribute this file.

Exactly why i came here. I dont lke to download random crap especially DLL files.

I have reinstalled drivers and the game as well. Ive checked windows update and still no luck.

I mean I would suggest you try downloading or reinstalling 

.net framework from Microsoft,  and/ or vcredist also from Microsoft...

 

For net framework there's apparently a repair tool. -  from Microsoft btw,  I think it's likely that would fix it but then this is just an educated guess and I have no idea if it'd fix anything...

 

Of course you can also try sfc scannow and DISM commands.... you'd have to look these up, that's how I always do this, icba to remember all that "command line crap" ...

 

But still this sounds like something f up your. .net install...  however this may happen!  👀
