   Ive always bought pre built so I've no ideas on compatibility, obviously Im aware of power supply, ram, ssd ect. 

Gigabyte aorus GeForce RTX 3070. (ebay prices lol) 

 GIGABYTE X570 AORUS MASTER AMD Ryzen 3000. 

AMD RYZEN 7 3700X 8-Core 3.6 GHz 

Any suggestions and help would be much appreciated.

It's 1000 for everything not gpu to give about 1000 budget for it.
The 5600x is a much better gaming CPU than a 3700x

You don't need a works master for a build in this price range, put a good b550 on for the board.

Rm750 shouldn't have any problems with a ampere gpu.
