Budget : almost no limit

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: games and stuff

so i just bought some Pc Parts including Watercooling components:

i have an issue though:

i m making my own desktop pc case like linus did in 2017, except i want to make mine air tight, so no dust gets in.

i could just watercool everything and make the pipes lead out of the Case.

My problem is that i cant find any watercooling stuff for my Mainboard, for example the mosfet and the m.2 slots.

my solution would be to buy that one really expensive aorus full watercooled mainboard,

but personally i think thats too expensive for a mainboard.

do i have any options? or should i proceed without the air-tight benefit?

Thanks

I think you'll still end up needing airflow. Even watercooled components would raise temperatures in a case so you'd be fighting against more heat than you need to.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

Why is the 5800x so hot?

Especially considering he has a toaster of a cpu. If you haven’t bought the 11700k yet, please buy a 5800x/5600x

Not entirely true. It's a power hog, but here's thermals on the 11700k.

Spoiler

Here's my 5800x before undervolt... Notice I was already thermal throttled for a while.

While I agree with you, I agree for different reasons. If he's using AVX2 and not -512 it's not that much worse than the 5800x even though it uses more power.

Keep in mind that this graph you've seen for the 11700k is actually showing the 11700k twice. Once on the AVX2 that the other CPUs are using and once with the -512.

If they can get the 11700K cheaper than the 5800x it actually makes sense to do.
