Forza on Steam!!!

Hey guys, so Forza Horizon 4 is finally available on Steam! 

I wanted to buy it, but am still gathering funds... Though the price is different from Microsoft Store O_o

I live in India, so prices are in INR 

Microsoft Store : INR 2499

Steam : INR 1299

Is this a sale (I'll need to buy it quick) or permanent prices (can wait a week or so)

Its full price. Steam rarely does sales for single new games. Usually its related to bigger sales event, or publishers/developers sale.
