I have an i7-9700k, would a NZXT Kraken M22 120mm be sufficient (or any other 120mm aio)???

If you're just buying an 120mm AIO cooler, it's best to just get an air cooler.

Consider a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo/Black Edition.

If only 120mm AIO, i suggest getting a 120mm Heatsink instead.

Ryzen 5700g @ 4.4ghz all cores | Asrock B550M Steel Legend | 3060 | 2x 16gb Micron E 2666 @ 4200mhz cl16 | 500gb WD SN750 | 12 TB HDD | Deepcool Gammax 400 w/ 2 delta 4000rpm push pull | Antec Neo Eco Zen 500w

Is there a specific reason why you want a 120mm AIO ?

A good 120mm AIO is fine for 9700K as long as you don't overclock the CPU.

With a 120mm AIO your CPU will run a little bit warm but nothing that would be a problem.

A mid-size aircooler will probably perform better than a 120mm AIO.

I would suggest: Noctua U12S / Be Quiet! Dark Rock Slim

Cooler Master Hyper 212 is a solid budget option but not quite as good cooling performance.

for the same price at this AIO, i think a Dark ROCK 4 or equivalents should do the job more than just fine even for overclocking.
