Yeah its good, hopefully 550 should be enough for a 3070, I would imagine it should be as the 3600 isn't extremely power hungry but i'm only saying this as someone who has a 500 watt be quite power 10 runs a 3070 with 3600. only if you don't plan to overclock that is

Stock cooler is fine for a 3600.

Changed to a better mobo.

Changed to better RAM.

Added storage.

Added a better casing, the H510 although it's aesthetics is cool, the airflow sucks.

You can either use this PSU I put, or the RMx one you added.

uhh I would argue against that but anyway, personally I think its garbage for that CPU i would rather get a cooler for it.

I saw some video that the Wraith cooler that comes with the 3600 is quite decent. But I found another topic on this forum about the same thing.

If you see the replies below, it says those temps are 'normal'.

I have a 3600, and had a wraith cooler on it for a year before I bought a AIO and with the wraith cooler even with my side panel off and new new thermal paste I hit max temp on the CPU, so I disagree with who ever says the wraith cooler is decent as when I went with AIO my idle temps went from 52 to 38 C and full load temps from 95 to 77.

There shouldn't be any reason why it should be hitting max temp, most likely bad thermal paste application or poor PC cooling.

Because I very much doubt that it'd be hitting that high of a temp.

But if OP is worried of hitting high temps, then they can add a Cooler Master Hyper 212, either it be EVO, or the Black Edition.
