You should try to enter automatic repair, otherwise you might have to wipe and reinstall windows.

Interesting never seen that before. But googling this issue some suggest updating graphics drivers.

 

Try booting into safe mode see the following guide (use method 2 or 3)

Windows should now be booted to the recovery environment. If you have a spare computer download a tool to a usb drive called ddu

Once booted in safe mode, attach your usb drive and run ddu. Use this tool to remove your graphics card drivers.

Once done reboot PC and windows should resort to the MS basic display driver.

Try reinstalling your graphics card driver
