No Visuals

Hi,

I recently had to move my computer from the basement to my 2nd floor office. Everything was working fine for a day or 2 but then it didn't power on. Found out it was the power cord but now I don't have visuals. 

 

I've tried powering it on but I noticed the fans don't start up either. Normally on startup my CPU fan will turn on.

 

The motherboard receives power (power button on the motherboard has lights) and my DDR4 memory has RGB and they work.
