Problem with my samsung A70

Hi! My a70 has been charging poorly there last days Where 10 hours of charging would only yield about 20-25%, although that could be the cable.. so the other day I was listening to music on my phone knowing it was on low percentage. I put the phone in medium battery save mode. It then died about 10 minuters later. And now I have this problem (shown in video). Can’t boot in to safe mode either. Would love to hear if you’ve experienced a similar issue
