PC shuts down randomly

Within the last two weeks my pc has been shutting down randomly, say every 20 minutes (twice a VALORANT game or once after 4 games of rocket league). I’m running an i7-9700k, 2080 super, and 16GB of 3000 RAM. (Not sure what MB or power supply).
My only guess is too many things plugged into the PC (I have all 8 taken up with one containing an extender), old drivers, or overheating (seems unlikely).

Shutdowns are usually power supply related, so its best you find out what psu you have.

 

There will be a label on it, if not time for a new one as it would be junk then.

Definitely can be too many usb stuff plugged in. 

 

 

Things plugged into my pc: keyboard, wireless dongle for mouse, ds4 controller,  no crashes (anecdotal evidence obviously)
