Crashing Randomly

Hello, I need help on this problem that keeps on reoccurring. My games keep randomly crashing and it doesn't seem to be a hardware or temperature issue. I have brought it to a technician which helped but maybe for a length of like 1 month. I don't know if this can be a driver issue but I have tried drivers like 456.71 and 457.30. Here and then the crashes have led to my whole pc restarting. Please help me I don't know what to do.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X

MOBO: ASROCK B450M PRO4

RAM: CORSAIR 16GB @ 3200MHZ

SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 480GB & Kingston A2000 250GB

PSU: Cooler Master MWE GOLD 750W

GPU: GTX 1660Ti Gigabyte OC

I've also tried disabling everything from my msconfig services but it still hasn't done anything.

Update bios. And chipset drivers .Otherwise you may need another board (thats my guess)

I've updated my chipset drivers, I am scared to update bios though.
