All unreal engine games crash

hi, i'm having unexplained crashes on startup in some games like horizon zero dawn,the outer worlds, code vein (all unreal engine 4 games) but also memory issues in unpack operations like fitgirl repacks, i don't know why.  I use the pc in my second home in fact I have another PC from which I move the graphics card (rx5700xt).  however the configuration is i7 6700, motherboard Asus h110mk, ram hyperx fury 16 (2x8), rx5700xt.  the problem also occurred to me with my old rx 480 and I have already tried several things, I changed the ssd on which Windows is installed (so I formatted) I also changed the ram a few days ago, but I haven't solved it yet.  however games like cyberpunk and mafia definitive edition run normally like on my other PC.
