Intel LAN driver i225-V

I recently built my new pc and installed my internet driver (i225-V) and my internet was just slow. After doing some research ive seen a lot of posts about the intel i225-V driver being really bad and causing issues. Is there any fix to this or anyway to get fast internet speeds without having to buy an ethernet card.

I had a problem similar problem with i225-V. RX packets and TX packets packages were not counted. Now checked i225-V on the mother board asus-b550f again, packets are counted, and my router can control the network speed.

I can't test the 1000 Mbit/s performance, I was forced to purchase a TP-LINK TG-3468 in October 2020 because the i225-V worked abominably. Now I will test again, but it looks like something was fixed by Intel in linux-firmware

So would the only current fix be to buy a wifi card?
