My pc just stopped

GreaterOwl

So I just finished building my first pc the other day and it has been working fine for the past couple of days. However about an hour ago on day 3 i was watching Hulu on it and it just turned off. It won't power back on. The motherboard has power. When I unplug the power supply and plug it back in and try to turn it on the fans all make maybe a quarter spin and then stop. I have tried checking all the connections. Everything is in and there's no visible damage to anything, save some subpar cable management

Make sure the cpu fan is connected all the way as if it got dislocated a little bit it can cause the pc to fail to start when it thinks it has no cpu fan. If it turns out that the cpu fan is in correctly then I would reset the cmos and try and boot it again as the most likely issue it could be is ram instability or cpu instability. By resetting the cmos it should return the settings to stock so there shouldn't be any worry about it not booting to bios for instability issues.
