How to zip case fans to GPU?

Curesto

Hi, i had an Sapphire R9 280X Tri-X OC 3GB GDDR5 384-Bit GPU which i bought from used market about 1 years ago. It's two fans are dead and doesn't spin, as expected it causes major overheating, throttling issues.

I want to zip 2X 120 MM case fans on it, but i don't know how to do it or how to mount them correctly.

Is that easy to zip case fans on a GPU?

Thanks.

Photo of the GPU: (As it can be seen on photo, 90mm fans doesn't spin, only 80mm one spins but unfortunately, it alone can't be enough to keep cold an card like R9 280X.)

can you remove the shroud that holds the fans all together? if so i'd suggest just going bare heatsink, and strap two nice high pressure fans against it.
