BSOD Problems with My Ryzen Setup(HELP PLEASE)

I built a new ryzen 3700x pc a few days ago but i am encountering with weird problems. When i install windows on my machine i got a lot of bsod screens even sometimes before installing drivers. I tried different Windows 10 versions,updating bios, [(disabling SMT setting fixed value for cpu voltage and frequency and using ram 3000mhz)(this helped a little though but sometimes when pc is idle it programs crashes,restarts, pc freezes etc. )  I guess there is something wrong with my ram. I checked with mem test programs it seems pretty healthy but i guess it is not compatible with my build but i am not sure.  When i run prime 95 or unigine valley benchmark it runs normal for 15 min. But when i open opera browser or normal idle state it crashes. It freezes and corrupts windows files. Than i have to format again and again. I am mesaing with this problem above 3 days. I will be so pleased if you help me.

Ryzen 7 3700x
Asrock b550m-itx
HyperX HX432C16FB3/16   1x16GB 3200mhz 
Inno3d Gtx 1660 ti
650w 80+ Sharqoon psu

I tried it but that doesn't work it stilk gives BSOD errors
