This was resolved, turned out there was a hair lodged in one of the ram slots

I just swapped out some fans in my case and to do that I had to remove the graphics card, the cpu cooler, and the ram. I have an Asrock b550m steel legend motherboard and the post code checker is saying DRAM and also CPU. I realized that the front panel was jamming down on the reset button so it’d been resetting in a loop for about 5 minutes if that makes any difference. Please help!!
