Excel real-time data integration

Hey guys,
Not too sure if this is the best section to ask this question in since I mostly live in the audio subforum but the basic of my question comes down to these questions three.
Quick disclaimer though, I couldn't code my way out of a wet paper box, math I'm fine with but not so much coding.

I'm trying to flesh out an excel spreadsheet to allow those investing in stocks to rebalance their portfolio with each investment, now, I made a quick and dirty formula based one and shared it in a finance subreddit so that those who were still doing the math by hand could have something to use. Next step in the spreadsheet would be real-time pricing data integration for the stocks  just to make it less effort to use the tool. I've done a little research and found that stock market integration is a standard feature in office 365 but I detest the idea of software as a service and really don't want to upgrade from my 2009 professional suite. Are there any other ways you guys might know of to get the same kind of integration or will I be on the hook for 365 if I ever want to proceed further??

Part 2,
I used to have a great dollar cost averaging google sheet bookmarked but I lost it, it did the exact same thing as this online calculator and I'm looking to try and either yoink the calculations from the site or get some guidance on implementing the formulas referenced in the Stackexchange thread posted alongside the calculator. If anyone has any idea how to rip the formula or can help make sense of the formulas I'd be ever so grateful.

Part 3,
This one should be pretty simple, I stoleborrowed an excellent tool that can be adapted for use as a budgeting aid from a close friend's finance-oriented workplace, now, it's in the form of an excel sheet with macros, but whenever I open the sheet the macros are automatically disabled and I'm unable to delete them (the delete button is greyed out). Does anyone have any sneaky tips for getting rid of the macros so that I can properly adapt the tool to something useful and then combine it with the other two sheets mentioned here so that I can make a full beginner friendly budgeting/investing tool for the folks on the finance subreddit??

I know I'm asking a lot of very niche questions and understand there likely aren't easy answers to most of them but if anyone has any ideas or tips I'd greatly appreciate the responses.
Thanks,
Sloth

So I resolved all three issues, not I'm just trying to write a function to view the highest number from a list of numbers and return the variable (A few columns to the left) they relate to.
