I am sorry, unfortunately I am not familiar in todays laptop market, so I cannot recommend any specific model.

And are Intel intergratted gpu good?

If I assume you are talking about Intel Xe graphics on their newest mobile processors, than yes, they are decent performers (of course, depending on the workload and specific apps they will be rendering). But they cannot compare to, for example, nVidia's GTX/RTX lineup, or even their Quadro lineup of GPUs (again, depending on the workload).

it depends a lot on your budget.

the intel iris plus g7 graphics found in the latest 11 series mobile cpu are as good as the ryzen 3000 and 4000 integrated graphics.

depending on your budget, i'd go for a six core cpu with hyperthreading and good integrated graphics, 16gb ram, ssd and a good quality screen with good colour reproduction.

I'm entering college soon and i'm taking a graphic design course

What specs should i look out for in the laptop?

Well your main point to look at is the screen. The colours HAVE to be accurate otherwise you WILL have issues with some projects when you look at them on a different screen (speaking from experience here).

What programs will you be using? That will dictate what works and what doesn't for your tasks. The new intel xe stuff is pretty good BUT has many issues running a whole lot of programs or being used as a accelerator for those programs so might not be a good choice.

I'm pretty sure integrated graphics will be dissapointingly slow for what you're trying to achieve

gaming system: Intel core I9 12900ks / biostar Z690A valkyrie / 4x8gb corsair Vengeance @3333Mhz ram / RX 7900XTX pulse gpu / Thermalright peerless assassin 140 /Coolermaster Qube 500 case / Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 12 1500w power supply

laptop: Dell xps 9510, 3.5k OLED, i7 11800h, rtx 3050 ti, 2x16gb DDR4 @ 3200Mhz, 1TB main drive, 2TB add in ssd

It can be totally fine to totally not fine really. All depends on the applications. All Adobe stuff is mostly fine on intel hd (xe is a bit of a problemchild rn :p). But the moment you move to 3d accelerated stuff they start falling. Good thing we have good amd apu's now.
