I followed this tutorial from machintosh.com to install macOS Catalina on my laptop, I have followed the steps but when booting into my laptop clover does not show macos as an option to boot only Windows. How do I fix this? Is there another tutorial I should have followed?

Yes

I just want to warn you - you're going to run into GPU issues. Your GPU is not supported by macOS.

I'm honestly not too sure. I would think that macOS might have some issues dealing with graphics switching on a Hackintosh setup, but I'm not certain.

I might just try it out. See how far I can get. Should I just try to install high sierra instead? Since I've seen that it has some kind of drivers for 10xx cards. I just want to try out macOS to see what it is like and try to daily drive it potentially. I tried a VM on my desktop but it's pretty laggy and has various issues.
