Updating BIOS

Hello!

So I wanna update my bios, but unsure of which one to select.My motherboard is b550 f gaming. When i go to rog strix´s website i see that version 1805 is the most recent one. However, if i click show more, previous versions shows and they're all beta versions. Should i go with 1805 or install an older bios version?

Is there a reason you want to update your BIOS?
If there's no reason to, don't.

Unless you're after a specific feature like increased hardware compatibility, bug fixes, or security improvements a BIOS update is more likely to cause more harm than good.

With that out of the way, I would opt for the highest non-beta version. Check release dates if the version numbers are confusing.
