Idea for software to be developed

Hey guys. I had an idea for some software I'd like to have developed, but I don't have the programming skills to do it. My idea is "Jam Time", basically Popcorn Time for music. If you're going to make it, please make it open source. I think it would be cool if it worked with XMBC. Maybe Android support? If you have any ideas, feel free to post them below. Reply or PM me if your interested in doing this; I've got a few friends who could help.

To be honest... seems pointless, just go on youtube man, or grooveshark, the only reason it worked well with movies is because they were large files that needed a ton of storage space.
