Just by looking at spec sheets, it appears that the Quest 2 has a better screen, with higher resolution and less "screen door" effect. The refresh rate is the same, but I think I heard somewhere that they might release an update to make the screen refresh faster.

You can up it to 90Hz and hopefully soon to be 120Hz , but keep in mind that app also needs to support it. One thing I love about the quest 2 is all the sensors are build in to the device, so you don't have to put wall sensors around the room. They are also pretty accurate, I move it from room to room all day and it remembers the play area in each room. I would recommend getting the better head strap if your going to play it for more than an hour.
