[PYTHON] WARNING : add this directry to PATH

the warning I get : "WARNING: The scripts whataformatter.exe and whatalinter.exe are installed in 'C:\Users\Dragon\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python38\Scripts' which is not on PATH.
  Consider adding this directory to PATH or, if you prefer to suppress this warning, use --no-warn-script-location."

 

how do I add it to PATH?

Windows Key + pause/break keys  or Control Panel > System at same time to open System.  

On the side, click on Advanced System Settings , then Advanced tab, then button at the bottom called Environment Variables...

Find the PATH variable in both sections of the window, and add your path to the end of each string.  Make sure there's a  ;  between your path and the previous

May need to reboot your computer for them to take effect.  (Or just log out , log in).
