Change the ram to 3600 Mhz, wit CL 16 or 18, get 2 sticks of 8 gb ram. I don't know about GPU prices in your country, but you could go for a 3060ti if you get one at a reasonable price, or get a used last gen card like 2070 super or 2060 super, or a new last gen card like that even, if you get them for reasonable costs.

If you want to reduce SSD costs and pour them into GPU, you could go for an SN550 500 GB or even 1 TB ssd, it is good for it's price. Otherwise the samsung is excellent. And the build is good too.

Attention is what makes life meaningful.

3600mhz might be the sweetspot for ryzen but it's only 2-3fps fps faster in games and they are also bit expensive compared to 3200mhz which is still decent for budget midrange builds

I agree 3200 is very decent, I'd probably do this myself if I were on a budget, but looking at his budget and depending on pricing, he could very well go for a 3600 kit. There also might be other use cases for the OP where faster RAM would matter, although anything beyond 3600 isn't required.
